His Story

Javier Rodriguez has had a fascinating journey through the construction industry, shaped by his early experiences and family background. Javier grew up surrounded by brick makers and adobe construction in Mexico. From a young age, he was immersed in various aspects of construction, working with mud, organic materials, and learning brick-making from his uncle. His family was involved in multiple facets of construction, including cutting beams and doors.

At 14, Javier migrated to the Bay Area but later returned to Mexico to work with a renowned mason, honing his skills in advanced construction techniques. When he was 25, he moved back to the Bay Area, where he began working on high-end estates in Atherton, maintaining properties for wealthy clients. This experience led him to appreciate construction as an art form, especially when working with various materials and landscaping.

Javier continued to develop his skills by taking horticulture and project management courses. He then progressed to building custom homes for affluent families, including modern homes, castles, and high-end resorts. His portfolio includes notable projects like the first Pizza Hut in his region and work for famous clients such as Billy Joel and Green Day.

Throughout his career, Javier has emphasized the importance of quality craftsmanship, proper communication with clients, and understanding their needs. He's passionate about helping people and producing high-quality work, despite the challenges in the construction industry. Javier believes in establishing long-term relationships with clients based on trust and mutual respect - always aiming to deliver products that meet their vision and budget.
